    Will this work?

    Hi!
Planning a pond extension and am currently pump fed and current set-up is pumped to uv,into easypod then into homemade moving K1 bed and back to pond.
Would like to pump to easypod and would appreciate
Any advice,my new pond is going to be around 2000-2500 gals and sunken. My new proposed set-up is: 4 feet deep,Areated bottom drain into primary Vortex then pumped through uv into easypod and then through K1 moving bed and then back to pond.
    What do you think,
    Regards Pete

I think you should gravity feed your pod. They are more effective at filtering out solid waste when it hasn't been blended by the pump first.

    Pond extension

    Hi Feline
    hows your pond doing?
I have a second hand vortex 36 inches high by 42 inches across
I thought this would take out a lot of solids before being pumped
to pod, wanted Sieve but on a budget with this one!
