Word of advice if selling car
i had 3 Pakistani guys come round to potentially buy a car that im selling.
Really wanted the car but when i started the car up it was spitting black oily liquid from the exhaust.
It seemed odd as i've owned the car for 7 years and no problems
They tried to knocked me down on price but i had seen this trick before on Facebook
Before knocking on my door they had squirted oil into the exhaust which would make the car smoke badly when running and these guys would do me a favour and take it off my hands
What they didnt realise is my neighbour across the road has CCTV cameras and caught them in the act.
I had the last laugh as these guys had to return home empty handed on the M25 on a Friday
Just be careful

its a bit like the car dealer i used to work for many years ago who always made sure that cars had been running a while before customers came to take on a test drive, used to tell them it was cos theyd had a flat battery, really it was so all the smoke had cleared lol,you could never just turn up and go,he always said come back in an hour so he could wash it and get some fuel in it,hahaha, andi

When working in garages in earlier days, if a mate or colleague was fitting or replacing an exhaust we would sometimes smear grease inside the pipe without him knowing. When started up would smoke like the Orient Express, always bought some laughs workshop banter .
