Do you have another photo showing more of the fish, perhaps looking down from above?

Also, koi lay eggs so don't technically get pregnant.

The fish has an internal infection, hence the pine cone effect you're seeing on the scales, it's osmosis is all screwy so it's taking in water, salt immersion and heat has been known to cure it, but it's not always successful

Do you have a quarantine tank or hospital tank?
Do you have a means of heating that tank? An aquarium heater should suffice.
Do you have pond salt?

The condition it has is called dropsy- it is very often fatal so getting it out as others have said into a heated, salted quarantine tank would give it a better chance of survival. Some Choramine T can also be added to the tank. I would salt to 0.3% for a couple of days then increase it to 0.6% if no improvement. Antibiotic injections can also help, if you can arrange them.

Is my Koi pregnant or Just bloated
Agree with feline/andre/chaos, most certainly looks like dropsy. Is there any wounds or breaks in the skin on the koi anywhere? Sometimes this can be the cause of the osmoregularity problem - basically the wound allows the koi to draw in too much water causeing it to bloat/swell up and go pineconed where the scales have started to raise off the skin like yours, if so Again heat an salt is the key and topical treatment of the wound etc.. if nothing can be seen or found on the body then it is more than likely internal infection - dropsy.
Dropsy is normally not curable but it can and has been done with felines method above. All the best

I hate to say it but the odds are stacked against you but if you have the facilities or can get the right facilities it is worth giving the fish a chance , good luck

....in which case, while far from ideal for keeping koi healthily in, the op (if he logs in again) could just treat the whole tank with salt, heat and CT. He is likely to already have an aquarium heater or at least be able to pick one up fairly cheaply.
